Cruisin’ Carolina
On Thursday, March 15th, NCLEAN will be hosting an evening of dinner and dancing at the Sheraton Greensboro Hotel at Four Seasons for conference attendees and guests. Free food, beverages, and entertainment will make this an evening to remember.
Golf
While at the conference we
encourage you to experience a 36 hole
world class golf course at Grandover
Resort. The course which was designed by world renowned golf architects David
Graham and Gary Panks is situated on 1500 acres of oak, pine and dogwood covered
hills. Transportation to Grandover Resort will be provided at no charge by the
Sheraton Greensboro Hotel at Four Seasons. In addition, conference attendees
will receive discounted green fees.

A Tour of Mayberry
On Wednesday, March 14, a
Southern States Tours and Conventions bus will dep
art from the Sheraton
Greensboro Hotel at Four Seasons en route to Mount Airy. Departure time for this
excursion will be 7:30 am, with a return time of 4:15 pm. If you are a fan of the Andy Griffith Show you
will love this tour. Tour activities include lunch at Snappy Lunch (home of
the famous pork chop sandwich) and a sightseeing tour of Mount Airy which includes
Floyd’s City Barbershop, Mayberry Jail, World's Largest Open Face Granite Quarry and the Andy Griffith Playhouse.

Richard Petty Museum/Victory Junction Gang Camp & Peddycord Foundation for Aircraft Conservation Tour

for this excursion will be 9:00 am, with a return time of 4:30pm. This
tour is jam packed with activities with stops at the Victory Junction Gang Camp,
Richard Petty Museum and the Peddycord Foundation for Aircraft Conservation. If
you are a fan of NASCAR and appreciate aviation museums, then this tour is for
you.

Biltmore Estate Tour
On Friday, March 16, a Southern
States Tours and Conventions bus will
depart
from the Sheraton Greensboro Hotel at Four Seasons en route to the majestic
Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina. Departure time for this
excursion will be 6:00 am, with a return time of 7:00 pm. The Biltmore Estate,
which is the largest private home in America, was completed in 1895. You will
tour the 250 room mansion, enjoy lunch at Deerpark Restaurant and visit the
winery which opened in 1985. The winery follows George Vanderbilt's original
concept of a self-supporting European estate. If you appreciate art, architecture, fine
wine and breathtaking scenery, then this tour is definitely for you.
